Cider Sidecar
Makes 1 serving; Working time: 5 minutes; Total time: 5 minutesIngredients:
- 2 ounces fresh #apple cider
- 2 ounces #cognac
- 1 ounce #Cointreau
[1 ounce fresh #lemon juice - strip of lemon zest and brandied #cherries, for serving
Directions:
- Place cider, cognac, Cointreau, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker; top with ice.
- Shake until the shaker starts to frost and feels very cold to the touch, about 20-30 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe and top with zest and brandied cherries.
