Blue Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients:- handful of #spinach
- 1 cup frozen #blueberries
- 1/4 cup Brazil #nuts
- 1.5 cups filtered water
- 2 teaspoons broken cell wall chlorella powder
- 1 tablespoon #coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened #almond milk (optional, adds creaminess)
- 2 tablespoons hypoallergenic #protein powder (pea, hemp or rice)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serves 1.
