Caramel Apple Minis Empty Caramel Apple Minis

  1. Using a mini baller, scoop out "mini apples" from a Granny Smith apple. The apple's tartness is a perfect match for the caramel's sweetness.
  2. Poke a hole in the top of each mini apple with a chopstick and then insert a small pretzel stick.
  3. Dip each orb in caramel sauce, such as Coop's Salted Caramel or Sapore della Vita's "Lick My Spoon" caramel.
